After a weeks worth of posts I think I have the categories for this blog set. My original plan of categorizing by puzzle type just seems too unwieldy. Here are the new categories, with a brief description:
- Puzzlinks – anything related to this blog specifically (like this post.)
- Puzzle – an actual puzzle or a link to a site with the puzzle described in the entry.
- Game – a description or review a puzzle based game.
- Contest/Competition – news relating to a puzzle competition or puzzle based contest.
- Website – information about a puzzle related website.
- In the news – puzzle-themed news stories from around the web.
- Types/Variations – discussions of specific types of puzzles or interesting variations on common puzzle types.
